JOB DESCRIPTION
- Teacher observation and evaluation

- Observing and evaluating teachers’ performance in accordance with the “Regulations on Teacher Observation”
- Reporting observation results to the line manager
- Handling all issues related to teachers and teaching
- Teacher and professional staff training

- Conducting product training for new staff
- Conducting induction to new teachers at the center(s) in charge
- Training teaching methods and classroom management for new teachers and TAs at the centers in charge
- Conducting demo class (if needed/ required)
- Proposing training topics needed for teachers
- Teaching and learning quality assurance and assessment

- Ensuring the teaching and learning quality at the center(s) in charge (based on the “Criteria for evaluating the quality of teaching and learning at the center”)
- Observing and evaluating students’ learning performance
- Conducting a survey to get feedback from adult learners
- Monitoring teaching scheduling
- Monitoring planning and tutoring students at the center(s)
- Monitoring grouping for opening kid and teen classes
- Managing and monitoring Sylvan classes (see the attached file)
- Reporting the quality of teaching and learning at the center(s) to the line manager on the monthly basis
- Handling all issues related to teaching and learning at the center(s) in charge
- Taking responsibility for KPI of re-enrolment
- Teaching and academic activities

- Teaching 16 hours/month
- Substituting teachers when necessary
- Tutoring the learners when there is not enough staff
- Being an examiner (if required)
- Planning and implementing academic activities at the center(s) in charge
- Recruiting (upon request), training and evaluating TAs

- Recruiting TAs when requested by HO
- Training new TAs at the center(s)
- Evaluating TAs twice a year
- Other tasks upon request
REQUIREMENTS
- Gender: Male/Female
- Age: 27 or above
- Bachelor’s degree in TESOL
- Master’s degree in TESOL or Applied Linguistics preferred
- + 3 years of teaching different English programs at different levels. IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent preferred
- Experience in educational management
- Good communicative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Good leadership and sense of judgment
- Working location: HCMC
