Digital Marketing Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Digital Marketing Supervisor Department: Marketing
Job Level: Supervisor Report to: CMO
Job Type: Full-time Location: HO
Job Scope / Position Summary/ Job Purpose
·    Lead all digital marketing plans, activities, and technology enablers.
Main Responsibilities/ Key Accountabilities
  1. Digital Marketing
    • Manage, mentor and develop digital marketing team (content, social, developers, designer…)
    • Take responsibility for digital marketing guideline, web development and marketing
    technology enablers.
    • Manage online marketing & communication platforms, including the Company’s website,
    Facebook, parent’s forums…
    • Align and integrate digital marketing along customer journey and systems (CRM, Call Center,
    Learning Centers).
  2. Planning and Budgeting
    • Be responsible for the achievement of sale supports, digital marketing goals and business
    objectives.
    • Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for digital marketing strategy.
  3. Tracking and Reporting
    • Develop, implement and monitor advertising, tracking and reporting tools/systems.
    • Provide regular reports to the CMO and BOM on key digital marketing initiatives and
    achievements
Qualification and Experience Requirement/ Specifications
Education: • BA or IT is required; MBA and overseas graduate studies is a strong plus
Experience:: • 5+ years in digital marketing.
• Experience in education sector is a strong plus; familiarity with school-based operational structures is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate and execute sales support & digital marketing activities to support a growing multi-site organization.
• Experience working with a range of marketing & communication channels, including online & offline.
• Deep understanding digital marketing (content marketing, SEO, advertising, analytics, web development, etc.)
• Know-how of building digital touchpoints along customer journey and measurement metrics.
• Have experience with CRM, Call Center integration.
• Have strong problem-solving skills and ability to organize and manage deadline.
• Strong teamwork and influencing skills.
• Integrity, results-oriented and initiative-taking.
• Excellent communication skills, both English and Vietnamese.
